• Mobile Phlebotomy Services 
• DNA Collection Services 
• Specimen Collection 
• Lead Testing (Public Health Contracts) 
• Concierge / Specialty Collections 

• Assignments are offered on an as-needed basis 
• Contractors have the ability to accept or decline requests 
• Opportunities may include home visits, clinic support, and contracted services 
• Competitive pay per completed service 

• Relevant certification and/or experience required
